  • Payment Method: We operate strictly on a Cash on Delivery (COD) basis.

  • Customers are required to pay the total invoice amount to the rider upon delivery of the food.

  • Prices for items like Extra Cheese, Adobo Sauce, or Bun upgrades are added to the base price of the meal.

3. Delivery Policy

  • We deliver exclusively within specified areas of Multan.

  • While we strive to meet our 30–50 minute delivery window, delays may occur due to traffic, weather conditions, or high order volume.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide an accurate address and a reachable phone number. If our rider cannot contact you at the time of delivery, the order may be cancelled.

4. Quality and Consumption

  • To enjoy the best taste and texture of items like our Injected Broast and Dirty Fries, we recommend immediate consumption.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
